Not to turn into a more nitpicky douchebag than usual, but how tall is Bumblebee? He can use a regular arcade machine, but then he’s big enough for Spike to fit inside, but then he’s also the same height as Spike, and then he’s almost as tall as the other autobots and those guys are freakishly tall. What the hell height is he supposed to be?

The scales were constantly changing. Even in the movie, which was the one time they actually put some effort into things — you had the Constructicons combining into Devastator inside the spaceship mode of a guy who normally stands as tall as one of them.
In fairness, the toys weren’t much better. Blaster, the radio, towered over most everyone else, for example.

All I’m saying is I never had any trouble figuring out how tall Egon was. Just throwing that out there.
