Looking for some great free music? Check this guy out: MC Frontalot.
He describes himself as “nerdcore hiphop,” and that’s a very accurate description. His music is a mesh of brilliant sampling (Simon and Garfunkel, a Dr. Teeth and Electric Mayhem song and the Incredible Hulk theme, among many others) and quite simply the cleverest rap lyrics I’ve ever heard.
Example: the anti-Bush song “Special Delivery”:

Oh, but the subject matter doesn’t just linger over ultra-liberal diatribes (though “I Love Fags” works too): there’s also a ditty about being peed on at a Star Wars convention, a really odd bit about a forced lung transplant and… well, more stuff that’s just as weird. You owe it to yourself to check it out.
